- November 13, 20 or 27: Depending on their date of birth, retirees will get their Social Security retirement payment. - November 29: December Supplemental Security Income (SSI) advance payment . Because December 1 falls on a weekend, the SSA has decided to advance the SSI payment to November 29.

Who is affected by this triple mailing of Social Security checks?
The mailing of these three payments in November primarily affects two groups of Social Security beneficiaries:
