If we take into account that every new month that begins the Social Security Administration and the United States Government sends new checks to the beneficiaries for Disability, knowing those payment days is very important.
Even if we have an idea of when we will get payment during the month, sometimes we can run into irregularities. For that reason, taking a look at this payment schedule can be essential to effectively organize your finances for the month.
In the month of July, the Social Security Administration will send four payments to Disability beneficiaries. In addition to that, it will also send an extra payment at the beginning of the month for the neediest citizens. Thanks to the calendar you can check when you will have the money available.
Disability payment schedule for July 2024
The payment of these benefits will arrive on four different days for Disability retirees and on a different day for Supplemental Security Income recipients. In total, there are five different payments throughout the month of July.
The payments for this benefit will be on the following days:
- July 1st. Supplemental Security Income payment for all beneficiaries.
- July 3rd. Social Security payment for Disability retirees prior to May 1997.
- July 10th. The Administration makes payments on this day to post-May 1997 retirees with birthdays between the 1st and 10th of any month.
- July 17th. The Administration pays on this day for Disability retirees after May 1997 with birthdays between the 11th and 20th of any month.
- July 24th. The Administration pays on this day for retirees after May 1997 with birthdays between the 21st and 31st of any month.
Remember that you can only get a maximum of two payments from these checks. If you only get the Disability Benefit, you will only get one check in the month of July. If you also have a Supplemental Security Income payment, the check can be double, but only in that case.
The maximum disability check in the month of July 2024 will reach $3,822. Even so, not all beneficiaries can have such a large check. In order to have such a figure, it is mandatory to have maximized the check, something that in most cases is not possible.
