- Requirement: Have started to get the pensioner’s pension after May 1997 and have a birthday on these days of the month.
- Group 3: Pensioners with a pension after May 1997, with birthdays between October 11th and 20th.
- Requirement: Have started getting the pensioner’s pension after May 1997 and have a birthday on these days of the month.

Who gets the last payment in October?
The last October payment will be made on October 23rd. This payment is for Group 4 retirees, which includes those whose birthday falls between the 21st and 31st of October. This group has a scheduled payment that will be the last of the month.
Retirees in Group 4 must meet certain requirements to get their payment, including:
- Requirement 1: Be a pensioner with a pension after May 1997.
- Requirement 2: Have a birthday between the 21st and 31st of October.
