The official schedule of Social Security Administration payments is now available for the month of July. This means that if we live in the United States and have a retirement payment we will be able to seamlessly enjoy one of these checks on any of the paydays.
It is true that the Administration has already sent out both a retirement payment and the Supplemental Security Income payment, but other payments will be coming in the future. So if we pay attention to the payment schedule we can see when exactly we will have access to the monthly check.
The Social Security Administration‘s payment days for the remaining days in July will be the 10th, 17th and 24th of the month. In order to be able to collect the checks on these days we will need to meet certain requirements. What is certain is that we will get the money regardless of which group of retirees we belong to.
New payments from the Social Security Administration
One of the most striking things regarding the upcoming payments sent out by the Social Security Administration in July 2024 is that any beneficiary can get a check. There are only a couple of requirements that need to be met, but the type of benefit is not part of those requirements.
Thus, if we have a Disability, Widow’s or any other type of payment we will get it just as if we have a retirement check from work. The important thing is to know at what time of the month we will be able to enjoy this payment.
First of all, it should be noted that these payments have two requirements each. The first requirement is common to all these payments. This requirement is none other than having the payment since after May 1997. If you have your retirement since then, the payment will arrive on one of these days depending on the birthday:
- June 10th. Payments for retirees born between the 1st and 10th of any month.
- June 17th. Payments for retirees born between the 11th and 20th of any month.
- June 24th. Payments for retirees born between the 21st and 31st of any month.
In terms of amount, the Social Security Administration will send the same checks as in previous months this year. Benefit payments have increased due to the COLA, but only since January of this year. After that payment month all other payments are the same.
