- April 16th or April 17th, 2024: Some states, exceptionally, had a few extra days to send the documentation in this year.
- October 15th, 2024: Americans who requested an extension of time to send the Tax Return to the IRS have a deadline of October 15th.
After that deadline, there are no further extensions to send the documentation. However, not all Americans who requested this can get the extension of time. It is not enough to request the extension of time to send the Tax Return to the IRS, so it is possible that even having requested it, we may have problems if our request has not been accepted.
