Nobody likes having to waste time and effort when sending their Tax Return to the IRS. It is true that even as a citizen of the United States who wants to contribute to the tax issue, we may sometimes find that we do not know how to do it properly.
But that is not so problematic in all states, since in some of them it is possible to send the Tax Return to the IRS in a simpler way. It all depends on whether Direct File is available or not, although it is most likely that regardless of where we live we will be able to use it without problems.
If you have already sent your tax return to the IRS, there is nothing more you can do, but if you have not yet sent it, you can use this tool and thus be more effective in every way. Even so, it is true that if you did not know about the tool, you could use it for next year.
Direct File to send the Tax Return to the IRS
The truth is that using IRS Direct File is really easy. Although it is true that we must be eligible to use this tool, it is also true that the eligibility criteria are quite simple, so we should have no problem meeting them.
#IRS: Direct File is a free, secure and easy option to file your taxes this year. If you live in Arizona or any of the other 24 participating states, visit: https://t.co/M58WbkiNQi pic.twitter.com/SXuj9wkbbF

Thus, by simply going to the Direct File website and filling in a simple form, we can find out our eligibility. Once we know whether or not we can use this IRS tool, we just have to use it if the answer is yes.
If we can’t use it, we’ll have to look for outside help, but we have to watch out because scammers are lurking everywhere. Make sure the assistant you hire is an IRS official and not a scammer.
Until when can you send the Tax Return to the IRS?
Depending on which group of Americans we belong to, we can send our tax return by one date or another. If we do not have access to the tax season time extension, the documents must be sent before April 15th.
Americans who can request an extension from the IRS may have an extra 6 months to send in their documentation, which means we could have a Tax Season that lasts until October 15th. But remember that the sooner you send in your documentation, the sooner you will get your Tax Refund.
