Getting the next United States SSDI payment requires two conditions. If we meet these two conditions, the payment of this benefit will appear in our checking account. Therefore, we should take a good look at what these requirements are if we want to get our Social Security check as soon as possible.
This new payment is only for group 4 SSDI beneficiaries. Well, also other types of retirees can get this day’s payment. But the important thing is to belong to group 4 and meet the two established requirements. And not only that, we must also have the fastest collection method activated to be able to enjoy the benefit on the same day of remittance.
Requirements for the June 26th SSDI payment
We have already commented that there are two mandatory requirements for the Administration to send us the SSDI payment. Those two requirements are related to the beneficiary’s year of retirement and the beneficiary’s day of birth.
To make it clearer, these are the two exact requirements:
- It is mandatory to have been born between the 21st and 31st of any month.
- It is mandatory to have applied for the retirement benefit from May 1997 onwards.
And there are no other mandatory requirements, although it is advisable to choose Direct Deposit as the collection method in order to have the money on the same day it is sent. This is not mandatory and depends on the situation of each beneficiary, but if we want to get the SSDI on the same day of remittance we do have to activate it.
Not having this collection method active means that the SSDI money will arrive a few days later. The maximum number of days we usually have to wait for this payment is 3, although it may be delayed at some other time due to an irregular situation.
