Each year, the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) of the United States may send different Stimulus checks to United States citizens. Not all Americans can get these checks, but there are many eligible Americans who are expecting to have the money available before the end of January.
Therefore, if you are one of those eligible Americans it is possible that very soon you will have one of these stimulus checks, since the IRS will be sending out a large number of them to different eligible Americans. You do not have to live in a specific state, but you do have to meet some mandatory conditions.
Who gets the IRS stimulus check?
The IRS stimulus check payments can be $1,400 maximum in this year 2025. We are talking about this specific check that will be sent by the IRS before the end of January for the most part.
In order to have access to this payment we must keep in mind that:
- We must not have claimed the Recovery Refund Credit on the 2021 income tax return.
- We must have all taxes paid through the current year.
With this in mind we should also think that the IRS will send these stimulus checks to all Americans who have not yet gotten it. So if you have not received it, you could collect $1,400 individually or $2,800 in the case of being an eligible married couple.
How to claim the IRS stimulus check?
Truth be told, you don’t need to take any action to get this IRS stimulus check. The process is automatic, so just fulfilling the conditions is enough to get the check, even so, not all the beneficiaries of this check will get the same amount.
Each American will receive the appropriate amount based on his or her previous Tax Return and all related taxes. The IRS determines each recipient’s payment and sends it automatically before the end of January. However, some payments may arrive after the end of the month.
